Oranje is a restaurant on a beautiful veteran ship from 1898, docked in the calm end of Nyhavn. Here, we have the pleasure of serving honest, excellent food in a laid-back atmosphere.

THE RESTAURANT

is divided into three sections so that we can meet all needs:

Dockside Terrace: We have tables and parasols on the terrace if you wish to remain on land with optimal people-watching-opportunities.

Top Deck: Take a seat inside on the top deck if you prefer an on-the-boat-experience with full canal views on the port side; feel the sea breeze and greet the boats passing by.

Lower Deck: Choose a table on the lower deck for a fully authentic and intimate experience of dining on the sea. Here, there’s a hint of tar in the air, and from the portholes you can see ducks and kayaks gliding past at eye level.

Oranje is an opportunity to enjoy the moment and experience the double feeling of coming home and going on a little journey; at the same time delightful and exciting.

WINTER SEASON

Oranje will be closed for the winter from 12th of January to 18th of February - we will be back on the ship the 19th of February at 12:00

From 6th to 15th of February, we will be part of Dining Week 2026
