Good food, good company – and clear terms. Here's what applies when you buy tickets, events or gift cards from us.

Where you buy matters

Bought on oranjenyhavn.dk. When you buy tickets, events or gift cards directly on our website, these terms apply to your purchase.

Bought through an external provider. Some tickets – for example for our Signature Events – are sold through external ticket providers. In that case, the provider's own terms apply to the purchase, payment and any fees, and these terms apply to the event itself here on Oranje. Table bookings through our booking system follow the booking terms shown when you book.

Private events. For private events and company bookings, the terms in your individual offer or agreement apply.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. Any fees are shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed and your ticket or gift card is sent to you.

Your order

After your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Tickets and gift cards are sent electronically to the email address you provide. Please check that everything is correct – and contact us straight away if something isn't.

Right of withdrawal

Tickets for events on a specific date. Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 12), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for leisure services booked for a specific date. That means tickets can't be returned once they're bought.

Gift cards. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your gift card, as long as it hasn't been used. To withdraw, just email info@oranjenyhavn.dk. We'll refund the full amount using the same payment method within 14 days.

Can't make it?

You're welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend – just let us know the name. If you have special circumstances, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

If we have to cancel or change an event

If we cancel an event, you'll get a full refund of the ticket price – or, if you prefer, a ticket for another date. If we make a significant change to an event, such as moving the date, you can choose between keeping your ticket and getting a full refund. Refunds are made within 14 days to the payment method you used.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used for food and drinks at Oranje. They can't be exchanged for cash. If your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount stays on the card.

Allergies and age

Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book or buy, so we can take good care of you. We serve alcohol only to guests aged 18 and over.

Complaints

Something not right? Write to info@oranjenyhavn.dk – we'll always try to find a good solution together. If we can't agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via www.naevneneshus.dk.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Your rights as a consumer under Danish law always apply.
